The last month of 2024 is approaching quickly! I'm excited for December, even though it's going to be hectic. I've finally managed to find some balance, even if it's at the end of the year when life is chaotic. My craziness for the end of this year and the start of next year includes reunions, unveilings, and multiple weddings. Although this initially caused me anxiety, I'm ready for it! Anyway, I've discovered and am still adjusting to a balance with my work. I met an amazing massage therapist last week and have finally scheduled regular massages for myself. With over 30 years of experience, a passion for sports, and a genuine desire to help without being driven by ego or money, such people are rare! I've found a day to handle my admin work, which we all know is the hardest part of my job for me. And I've set aside a day for myself with no meetings, no admin—just time for me to do what I want. This is crucial if I want to continue this work for as long as possible. Now it's just up to me to stick with it, wish me luck!
