Kia ora e te iwi, winter has begun as winter sports are underway. Some mornings have been icy, and I enjoy a frosty morning followed by a beautiful sunny day. It's my favorite season. I'm studying full-time, massaging in the evenings, providing rugby massages on Saturdays, and trying to spend quality time with my boys. Massage always varies with the seasons. I used to get frustrated with all the changes, but now I realize it works much better for my clients and me. As we enter winter and the winter sports season, my work changes. Prices have increased slightly, with 60-minute sessions now at $98, 45-minute sessions at $80, and 30-minute sessions at $60. However, I've also introduced some services at cash prices. Initially, I considered offering these for a limited time during the winter sports season but decided to make them permanent. Our 60-minute cash sessions are $90, 45-minute cash sessions are $70, and 30-minute cash sessions are $50. So book a service and pay via cash at the new discounted rate! During the week, I am available in the evenings by pre-arrangement only. The booking system is open on Fridays, and on Saturdays, I'm with the Te Puke Prems team, but I will have the booking system open in the morning for a pregame flush or just a massage. Life happens, and we adjust, reflect, and learn as we try to approach the next chapter with an open mind and positivity... well, those are my thoughts as we head into winter. Other thoughts include recovery, as I hope to gather more information about recovery to share with you all during the winter sports season. I'm not sure what that will look like, but it will unfold as it should. Until then, kia pai tō wa.
